Jeff Stewart, President
Jeff combines extensive technical expertise with the ability to effectively communicate, teach, and motivate others. A unique combination of certifications - an executive coach, HP/Mercury consultant and trainer, as a Microsoft developer, and as a Citrix administrator.
Before becoming President of Elohim Resources, he was a trainer and Senior Consultant at Visionary Integration Professionals, where he interacted extensively with Fortune 500 and government clients as trainer/mentor, project manager, and sales person. He ensured seamless implementation of Siebel ERP, Web / J2EE, Citrix, and custom client-server solutions, and worked closely with accounts on large-scale load test implementations and functional plan execution, while staying within budget and schedule.
Prior to that, he was President for his own consulting company, JD Stewart and Associates. His accomplishments there included the successful transformation of a one-person $35,000 project into a $4.5 million enterprise-wide solution comprised of 20 different applications that positioned client as a model of efficient internal billing and information management processes. He also designed, coded, and integrated a wide array of web-based project management, inventory control, cyber-cash and credit card processing applications using VB, MS Access VBA, Word VBA, Excel VBA, MS SQL, PL/SQL, XML, C++, CF, ASP, Java and JavaScript.
Earlier work included serving as a systems analyst for Hewlett-Packard and a systems analyst and trainer at OneTouch Systems.
He received his Bachelor Of Science in Computer Science at National University, where he graduated Cum Laude.

Sean O’Connell
A veteran executive of successful technology companies, Mr. O’Connell brings deep legal and business expertise to Elres’ Board of Directors. Mr. O’Connell was formerly Vice President, General Counsel for WhereNet Corp. As WhereNet’s General Counsel, over a seven-year period he created and managed the complete legal support infrastructure of the company from the introduction of the Company’s first commercial product to profitability. Prior to WhereNet, Mr. O’Connell was Senior Corporate Counsel with PeopleSoft. Mr. O’Connell holds a J.D. from Hastings College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California at Davis.
Weston Twomey
A background in sales, marketing and management, Weston brings an energetic business proficiency to Elres’ Board of Directors. Weston oversees and has served for four years as Board of Director of “It’s All About the Kids Foundation”, a non-profit organization that helps children in need especially during the holiday season. Weston has over 15 years of banking experience and is owner and manager of the Austin Texas Magnifund Group branch and founder of National Loan Modification a service that provides loan modifications, short sales, and credit restoration. Weston has been involved in several startups and successful small businesses. Weston is a licensed Real Estate Agent, holds a Masters in Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary, and a BA from Loyola Marymount University.
